When the workers came to our "one-year guaranteed" home to make repairs, they left dirty hand prints on the walls, and the floors a mess. The quality of their workmans hip is extremely shoddy and unprofessional. For the huge amount of money we paid for our home, the customer service, quality and guarantee do NOT live up to their promises. I would NEVER recommend anyone buying anything from Owl Homes of Fredonia. The Bath location has just brought in the Sapphire 16x70 single wide home.
