I was a little nervous about interoperability given some of the earlier responses. I’m happy to report the process couldn’t be easier. I essentially did the same thing, without the Sonos complication. But what I am seeing is no impact to downloads, but a huge hit to uploads. I've tried enabling/disabling iPv6 and changing DNS from automatic to use ISP DNS on the Nest router with no change in results. Everything else is fine except uploads.

I plan to load balance between TMHI and my DSL connection and need to be able to use my own router to do the load blanching. Bridge mode is required to do that so I hope it happens soon. Existing T-Mobile Home Internet customers, including those on the Magenta Max bundle, are not eligible for this deal. Those looking to take advantage of the offer also would need to have not had T-Mobile Home Internet for at least 30 days. That $25 price would also fall under T-Mobile's "Price Lock" promise which protects against rate hikes.
